        The lady boss of this post office is EXTREMELY rude, condescending and arrogant to both customers and staff. I went to pay a bill with the exact change of $X and 75c. I only had the 75c in 10c and 5c coins because the Woolies machine the other day spat out 85c in 5c and 10c coins the other day. So I wanted to get rid of my 10c and 5c pieces. I pretty much counted out the 75c for the lady to make her life easy. She then said, "This is a violation of law. You can't pay so many coins." I'm pretty sure this is NOT illegal because otherwise, Woolies machines would NOT be allowed to give it's customers 85c change in 5c and 10c pieces!! I asked her for the link to this piece of legislation around paying in coins. She wasn't able to give it to me and just re-iterated, "It's a violation of law. You should look it up." Well I DID look this up and any coin payment NOT exceeding $5 is LEGAL!! You owe me an apology!

        the service lady said I definitely have the little card for collecting the parcel, but I do not, and she just said I didnt check. They always having trouble to find parcels and blaming on their customers.
