Great company to deal with. ESA are trustworthy, friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. ESA do what they promise, and they deliver on time! My Mercedes Benz CLA250 car broke down on a Friday afternoon. My local Mercedes dealership were not going to be able to help me for at least 3 days. I called ESA and they promised to come to my house that afternoon, even at such late notice. They diagnosed the problem, identified parts needed, promised to get them, and returned to my house on Monday and fixed my car. My SLK 300 mercedes has been serviced twice by wen now and enjoying knowing he is honest by letting you know before work done how much it will cost. He is very knowledgeable and experienced trade man. My last service he made time to fit me in his busy schedule which is great for me. When he has finished servicing your car he cleans and polishes the engine area he leave very clean. I thoroughly recommend wen services you won't be disappointed. Service: Vehicle maintenance

Outstanding service. Wen was fantastic from start to finish. He did what he said he would do and then some. The service was as quoted, but before the service started, I mentioned I noticed the absorbent mat at the bottom of the engine had signs of a leak, but I did not know from where. During the service Wen eliminated oil and coolant as the culprits. He found the leak on a clamp above the fuel pump and repaired it even though it wasn't of the quote. Cleaned the engine and degreased the built up grime. The car is running well, and I no longer have a leak. I couldn't be happier with the work and the outcome. In February 2023 ESA serviced and repaired my BMW M235i. Wen was very responsive to my request. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained various fault codes and possible causes and remedies. He impressed me with his knowledge and experience. Genuine BMW parts were sourced quickly and repairs undertaken quickly and efficiently. He ensured everything was working before finalising the service. I was so impressed with Wen's professionalism l subsequently asked him to complete a routine service. Wen is friendly, reliable and provided a great service for a good price. He even wiped down the interior and other parts to ensure my car was left Covid safe.
